The room decor is outdated, with worn carpets that give a shabby appearance. Amenities are scarce-no kettle or fridge, and several lights were out. The shower flooded the bathroom, and the wheelchair-accessible shower in the room was not requested. Breakfast lacked hot options and featured only cold items. The lack of disabled parking spaces is a serious oversight, especially when parking near the annex is limited.

Hallway carpets are worn and drab!!! The lack of soundproofing is annoying, as you can hear everything next door. Some room amenities are missing, which feels outdated. Cleaning staff should be more considerate when guests are resting!!! Not enough assistance for luggage!!!

The dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the croissants for breakfast were a real highlight! The scenic garden view offered a serene start to the day.

What a braw place! The grounds were stunning, with a magical vibe that took me back in time. The wine tasting was extra special—a right treat! the breakfast could do with a wee bit more variety.

It was just a suitable option for a fleeting moment in Challes-les-Eaux with great value-to-price ratio. The croissant at breakfast was quite good, adding a nice touch to the stay. Bring an umbrella for the walk to dining if it rains.
